NJPACs new Brick City Jazz Orchestra, a collective of the most gifted high school jazz musicians in Greater Newark, kicks off the TD James Moody Democracy of Jazz Festival. The concert also opens this seasons Dorthaans Place series of Sunday jazz brunches.
